Grain Free Pepperoni and Peppers Pizza

  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Pizza Crust Mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp or hard works best) - firmly packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp water or milk
  • 1/2 cup homemade or prepared pizza/pasta sauce
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • Peppers, sliced
  • Cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat your oven to 450F and lightly oil your pizza pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs before adding the shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Mix well with a fork; then slowly add the Chebe Pizza Crust mix. Stir well with a spoon before adding 1/4 cup of water. Mix as well as you can with a spoon; then knead the dough with your hands until smooth.

  3. Place the pizza dough on a 14 inch pizza pan and spread it out evenly with your hands.

  4. Poke dough surface with tines of fork. Par bake crust 7 minutes before topping.
  5. Brush a light coating of olive oil on your pizza crust. Add a single layer of pepperoni. Then add the fresh tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
  6. Bake for another 7 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
  7. Slice, serve and enjoy!
