Cupid has gone gluten-free! Chēbē Valentine Cinnamon-Almond Snaps are just the thing for that little winged rascal.  These lightly sweetened crispy delights made with our Cinnamon Roll mix are perfect for that cutie of yours. And of course, there’s no gluten and no grain. Cupid approves!

  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Cinnamon Roll mix
  • ¼ cup (1 oz) almond flour (may substitute with millet flour)
  • 1 large egg or aquafaba*
  • 5 Tbsp milk or milk substitute
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter or dairy free substitute
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Blend Chebe mix with almond flour. Add remaining ingredients while mixing thoroughly with a fork until the mixture is crumbly, then use your hands and continue to bring it together until the dough is smooth and well blended.
  3. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin to about the thickness of a thin cracker.
  4. Cut out valentine shapes with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place them on an ungreased baking pan.
  5. Bake 12 – 14 minutes. Watch closely after 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes

*For an egg-free version, use 3 Tbsp aquafaba.

These are crisp and cracker-like. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.
