Ingredients
  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Cinnamon Roll mix
  • ¼ cup (1 oz) almond flour (may substitute with millet flour)
  • 1 large egg or aquafaba*
  • 5 Tbsp milk or milk substitute
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter or dairy free substitute
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Blend Chebe mix with almond flour. Add remaining ingredients while mixing thoroughly with a fork until the mixture is crumbly, then use your hands and continue to bring it together until the dough is smooth and well blended.
  3. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin to about the thickness of a thin cracker.
  4. Cut out valentine shapes with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place them on an ungreased baking pan.
  5. Bake 12 – 14 minutes. Watch closely after 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes

*For an egg-free version, use 3 Tbsp aquafaba.

These are crisp and cracker-like. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.
