
Toasted Gluten Free Ravioli

							Ingredients
				Dough:
						- 1 package (7.5 oz) Original Chebe Bread Mix or other savory Chebe variety
 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 Tbsp oil
 - ½ cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
 - 4 Tbsp water
 
Filling:
						- 1/2 lb ground hamburger sausage or turkey
 - seasonings suggestions: garlic onion, basil, salt & pepper and parmesan cheese
 
Topping:
						- gluten free bread crumbs
 - chopped parsley
 - Parmesan cheese
 - marinara sauce for dipping
 
Instructions
				- 
										Brown the meat and seasonings in a skillet. Allow to cool.
 - 
										
Blend your dry toppings (for rolling the ravioli in) and set aside.
 - 
										Preheat the oven to 350F.
 - 
										Prepare dough according to package directions until it is smooth and well blended.
 - 
										Separate the dough in half. Using the heel of your hand, press one of the dough halves until it is about 8 or 9” in diameter. Then, lightly spray a sheet of waxed paper with oil and place the flattened dough on it. Spray another piece of waxed paper the same way and place it over the dough.
 - 
										With a rolling pin, continue to flatten the dough until it is about 1/8” thick. Cut evenly sized circles or squares.

										Place a tsp of the cooled filling onto the cut dough piece, leaving the edges dry so that the dough seals together. Place a second cut piece of dough on top of the filling. Crimp the edges together to seal in the filling.
 - 
										Lightly spray with olive oil and roll it in your toppings. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - 
										Repeat this process until you have used all of the dough.
 - 
										Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 min.
 - 
										Dip into marinara sauce and enjoy.
