Gluten Free Pizza Pull Aparts

Gluten Free Pizza Pull Aparts

I decided to experiment with Chebe, my favorite mix to use for pizza crust, to make a gluten free Pizza Pull-Apart appetizer type dish. It turned out just as I’d hoped. The best part is that this is a wonderful recipe to include the KIDS! My 4 year old granddaughter and I made this together. – Gluten Free Respect

Course: Appetizer, Main Course
Servings: 10
  • 1 package of Chebe All Purpose bread mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese – I used an Italian blend
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pkg pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza or marinara sauce, for dipping
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Blend Chebe All Purpose mix with 2 Tbls of olive oil, 1 cup shredded cheese, and 2 large eggs. Slowly blend in exactly 1/4 cup of water.

  3. Knead dough with hands until smooth.
  4. Separate the dough into small bite size pieces and place in bowl. You should end up with approximately 30 balls.
  5. Cut pepperoni slices into 4 quarters and add to bowl, along with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Gently mix all with your hands. Dump into a greased Bundt pan.
  7. Bake until browned and cooked in the center, approximately 30-40 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10-20 minutes in the pan.
  9. Invert on plate or cutting board. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce.
