I decided to experiment with Chebe, my favorite mix to use for pizza crust, to make a gluten free Pizza Pull-Apart appetizer type dish. It turned out just as I’d hoped. The best part is that this is a wonderful recipe to include the KIDS! My 4 year old granddaughter and I made this together. – Gluten Free Respect

- 1 package of Chebe All Purpose bread mix
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese – I used an Italian blend
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pkg pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza or marinara sauce, for dipping
-
Preheat oven to 375F.
-
Blend Chebe All Purpose mix with 2 Tbls of olive oil, 1 cup shredded cheese, and 2 large eggs. Slowly blend in exactly 1/4 cup of water.
-
Knead dough with hands until smooth.
-
Separate the dough into small bite size pieces and place in bowl. You should end up with approximately 30 balls.
-
Cut pepperoni slices into 4 quarters and add to bowl, along with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
-
Gently mix all with your hands. Dump into a greased Bundt pan.
-
Bake until browned and cooked in the center, approximately 30-40 minutes.
-
Remove from oven and let it cool for 10-20 minutes in the pan.
-
Invert on plate or cutting board. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce.
