Say “Be Mine” with a Chēbē Heart Tart! One package makes 8 gluten and grain free mini pizzas. Have fun!
- 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Pizza Crust Mix or other savory Chebe varieties
- 3 oz shredded cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 4 Tbsp milk or milk substitute
- 2 Tbsp oil
- olive oil for brushing the dough
- pizza toppings of your choice

Preheat the oven to 400F

Prepare the dough according to package directions, mixing with a fork until clumpy, then knead with your hands until the dough is smooth and well blended.

Separate the dough into 8 equal pieces (about 2 oz. each).

With your hands, press the dough into heart shapes, about 1/8” thick.

Place the hearts on a baking pan, brushing with olive oil and poking the surfaces with the tines of a fork.

Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.

Top with your favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven for about 8 more minutes or until the crust is browned and the toppings are warm and bubbly.
