Course: Appetizer, Main Course, Snack
Servings: 4 (two pizzas per head)
Ingredients
Dough:
  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Pizza Crust Mix or other savory Chebe varieties
  • 3 oz shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp milk or milk substitute
  • 2 Tbsp oil
Toppings:
  • olive oil for brushing the dough
  • pizza toppings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Prepare the dough according to package directions, mixing with a fork until clumpy, then knead with your hands until the dough is smooth and well blended.
  3. Separate the dough into 8 equal pieces (about 2 oz. each).
  4. With your hands, press the dough into heart shapes, about 1/8” thick.
  5. Place the hearts on a baking pan, brushing with olive oil and poking the surfaces with the tines of a fork.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.

  7. Top with your favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven for about 8 more minutes or until the crust is browned and the toppings are warm and bubbly.

 

This recipe works great with Chēbē All-Purpose Mix, but you may also try it with these Chēbē mixes:
