Adding an ingredient, (especially if it’s bacon!) can really give Chēbē a ‘pop’ of flavor. If you like the flavors of bacon and cheddar, this is your gluten and grain free ticket. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s tasty!
- 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Original Bread Mix
- 3 Tbsp real bacon pieces
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Tbsp water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp oil

Preheat oven to 375F

Add the mix, bacon and cheese to a bowl and bend well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork and then with your hands until the dough is smooth and well blended.

Separate the dough into 16 pieces and roll each into a ball

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 – 22 minutes.
This recipe works great with Chēbē Original Mix, but you may also try it with these Chēbē mixes:
