- 1 package Chebe Cinnamon Roll Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup water, milk or milk substitute
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 1 sleeve gluten free graham crackers, crushed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375F.
Prepare Chebe Cinnamon Roll Mix as directed on package.
Dust work surface with similar gluten free starch or corn meal. Roll or press dough ball out to fit your pizza pan, approx. 12-14 inches.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or just until crust starts to brown.
Top crust with marshmallow creme, crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows begin to brown.
Slice and serve warm.
