Who needs Domino’s Cinnastix?! Chēbē’s gluten and grain free Cinni Sticks can be prepared, baked and hot out of your oven in 30 minutes! And holy donuts, they are Fanta-Stick!!
- 1 package Chebe Cinnamon Roll Mix
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 5 Tbsp butter divided then melted
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp butter melted
- 2 tsp milk

Preheat oven to 375F. Place Chebe mix in a mixing bowl and blend in baking powder. Continue to mix in the eggs, milk and 3 Tbsp butter. Blend it all with a fork for a couple of minutes, and then bring the dough together with your hands until it is smooth and well blended.

Flatten the dough out on a baking pan with the heel of your hand until it is a rectangle of about 7” x 12”.

Cut with a knife along the short end so that you have one inch strips (12 strips, 1”x 7”).

Brush the surface generously with remaining melted butter (reserving 1 tsp for the icing).

Blend the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it generously over the surface.

Place in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes. (Make the icing while it is baking).

Place the powdered sugar in a bowl and add the vanilla, butter and milk. Mix with a fork until your icing forms. To make it runnier, heat it in a microwave for 10 seconds.

As soon as the Cinni Sticks are pulled from the oven, pour the icing all over.
Dairy Free? You can use use milk substitutes and dairy free margarine.
Egg Free? Use aquafaba.
