Grain Free Strawberry-Pistachio Tart

Dough:

package (7.5 oz)
Chebe All Purpose Mix
1
egg

butter room temperature

cup
sugar
Topping:

oz
cream cheese softened

honey
plus more for drizzling

strawberries
hulled and thinly sliced crosswise

crushed pistachios
Instructions
Dough:
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Blend the butter and the sugar. Add the egg and beat together until creamy.
With a fork or mixing spoon, gradually add Chebe mix and blend until it can form a ball.
Chill dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Roll or press the dough out on a pan, forming a 9’’ x 9’’ crust.
Place in oven for 9 minutes. Remove it, let cool for 5 minutes. Now it is ready for the toppings!
Topping:
Mix cream cheese and honey until light and fluffy.
Spread the honey whipped cream cheese onto the surface of the dough in an even layer.
Place strawberries on top in even layers, in whatever design you prefer.
Place tart into the oven for 16 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove tart from oven. Drizzle honey, and sprinkle pistachios over the top.
Allow tart to cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
