Prepare dough according to package directions. Only 1.5 oz cheese is needed, but you may add (or omit) according to taste.
Separate the dough into 2 equally sized pieces and flatten out each into ovals, about 4β x 5β or 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. You may use corn meal, a gluten free flour/starch, or olive oil on the dough to keep its surface from sticking to the grill.
