1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
1 ½ C other gluten-free flour (i.e. rice)
3 ½ tsp. xanthan gum
¼ C sugar
1 ½ C milk or milk substitute
¼ C margarine or butter
1 packet yeast

1. Put yeast in machine first. Blend remaining dry ingredients and place in machine.
2. Combine all wet ingredients, warm slightly (with a microwave or on the stove).
3. Add wet ingredients to machine. Start.
Note: Watch carefully to see that all is blended well.
