Course: Pizza/Flatbread, Side Dish
Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe Focaccia Mix (or any savory Chebe flavor)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 oz Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp milk or milk substitute
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium temperature.
  2. Prepare dough according to package directions. Only 1.5 oz cheese is needed, but you may add (or omit) according to taste.

  3. Separate the dough into 2 equally sized pieces and flatten out each into ovals, about 4” x 5” or 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. You may use corn meal, a gluten free flour/starch, or olive oil on the dough to keep its surface from sticking to the grill.

  4. Grill for about 4 – 5 minutes on each side. Caution: keep an eye on it as the temperature and proximity of the grill to the heat source can affect the total grilling time.
  5. Your flatbread is done when slightly browned on each side.

This recipe works great with Chēbē Focaccia Mix, but you may also try it with these Chēbē mixes:
