Course: Appetizer
Servings: 50 bread balls
Ingredients
Coating:
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
Dough:
  • 2 packages (7.5 oz) Chebe All Purpose Bread mix
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 8 Tbsp milk
Instructions
  1. Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in microwave and set aside.
  3. Combine 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, garlic salt, and basil in gallon size plastic food bag, seal it and shake well to blend. Set aside.

  4. Mix Chebe All Purpose Bread mix according to package directions, using 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to the dry mixture.
  5. Once the dough is smooth and well blended, divide the dough into about 50 pieces. Each ball should weigh about 1/2 oz.

  6. Dip the dough balls in the melted butter, then transfer a few at a time into Parmesan Garlic mixture bag.
  7. Seal the bag and carefully shake and roll the balls around so all pieces get coated.

  8. Place dough balls around the bottom of crockpot. Continue with remaining dough.
  9. Pour any remaining leftover butter over the bread balls in the crockpot.
  10. Cook on high for 2 hours, or until done. Flip over after 1 hour.
  11. Carefully pull apart pieces and enjoy!
