A gluten free, grain free dinner roll that is easy, quick, and has a great texture. And, it’s two-ingredient simple! Whole plain yogurt takes the place of adding milk and oil, which makes the flavor right on!
- 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe All Purpose Mix
- 2 large eggs (or 6 Tbsp aquafaba)
- 3 Tbsp (50g) whole plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 375F. Add the Chebe mix to a mixing bowl and blend in the two eggs with a fork. Then, blend in the yogurt.
Continue mixing for a couple of minutes then use your hands to blend the dough until it is smooth.
Separate into 12 pieces and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow 10 minutes to cool.
If you're looking for an egg-free version, we recommend aquafaba.
If the dough is too sticky after you have blended with your hands then the dough is too moist. Add a little vegetable oil to your hands to be able to better handle the dough.
These may be frozen in an air-tight container for a later date. Remove from freezer and reheat in a preheated 450F oven (or toaster oven) for 5 minutes.
