Chebe Chocolate Bombs

That’s right! Bread bombs au chocolat! Naturally gluten and grain free, these chocolate bombs can be easily made dairy free with a couple of substitutions. Use the chocolate of your preference… ours is deep and dark!

  • 1 package (7.5 oz) Chebe All-Purpose Bread mix
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp milk or milk substitute
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp softened butter or cooking oil
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a bowl with a fork, blend the mix with the sugar. Slowly blend in the milk, eggs, and softened butter.
  3. Continue mixing with your hands until the dough is smooth and well blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Separate the dough into 16 equal sizes and round slightly.
  5. Place on a non-greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
Recipe Notes

These are lightly sweet. Make the sweetness to your own taste by increasing or decreasing the amount of sugar.
